I want a plan b protocol of hardmaxxes incase my softmaxxing doesnt work I heard filler is the best and when placed correctly you get little to no migration, and also implants are on the list they'll be a little hard to get since Id have to travel for a reputable surgeon. what else is there thats cheap and doesnt get botched regularly
