Here a quick summary
From worst to best

Option 1
IPA + CJC

Option 2
Modgrf + ghrp + hexarelin

Option 3
Hgh + igf

Option 4
hgh + option 1 or < 2

Option 5
Hgh + option 1 or < 2 + igf


(The only supplements you need for height are d3 k2 and calcium, calcium relies on d3, k2 manages d3 sides, so you need all 3 to work or they wont work u cannot have 2/3 or they wont work alot of people dont realize this)

AI is mandatory the options are from best to worst

Aromasin (easiest to use and you cannot nuke no matter what)

Arimidex (fastest working and most efficient but chance of getting nuked)

Aromasin (strongest affect but the worst in every other scenerio)


Test is also optional dht and test affect bone growth in certain parts also affects voice depth and penile growth in puberty, but they do not correlate to the stacks but are a great thing to add

The only thing thats not in the guide is ancillaries

They are support drugs that you take to stop side affects

Id research them but make sure you only take pharma grade ancillaries and no supplements

I’ve been planning to take CJC + Ipamorelin + aromasin (I am currently taking 12.5 mg of aromasin EOD)

medium dose mk cjc ipa and low dose hgh high dose ai if your like 16 to 18 like 1 to 2.5 mg anastrozole or letrozole low dose if your 14 to 16 something like 12.5 to 25 mg aromasin all you need

then as a bonus you can start adding shit like msm flurbiprofen meclizine.....
