What is the best inhibition lowering drug for parties?

I hate going to party’s because every time I go to one I just stand there because im too scared to talk to any girls. Im hmtn/lhtn, 6’1 at almost 16 so I could pull if just talked to girls instead of standing around like a fucking autist. However when I drink a whole lot of alcohol, I get super extroverted, but this descends me to lmtn. So what would lower my inhibition but not cause any harm?

No, I never get like really loud, I become way more social, but I descend by bloating and acne

Bloating and acne, I know alcohol is still great for my needs but it has too many downsides for me
