What is the best injection site?

Planning on starting my first cycle using injectables next week, I have a friend who uses quad injections seemingly no problem but I’ve seen a lot of people saying they have a shit ton of issues even with perfect injections. I’m not very lean right now, around like 18-20%bf so my biggest concern with other sites is how can I be sure that I’m pinning IM rather than just subq

If your planning on doing the injections, I'd recommend you lower the body fat percentage a little more before doing so.
