Here i'll just tell you
Track all your food and make sure you're as deep in a calorie deficit as possible, at the very max 1800 cals, anyone who says otherwise is a pussy and doesn't want this shit.
You can run any GLP-1 agonist but retatrutide is best. You should also be roiding to maintain muscle mass, should at least be on a bit of test. If all these are good, then consider something like clenbuterol, just start very low and don't go over 80mcg. If you really want to take it to the max, you can use DNP but keep the dosage low and don't be a retard. Also look into all of these before using them, good luck
