U need some delusion to get u through life cause 24/7 blackpill isn’t good for your mental or physical health. Knowing the harsh and brutal truth isn’t always good for you if you are just a regular person. I was physically and mentally better when I was redpilled, but now that im mostly blackpilled I find myself saying whats the point, and im more likely to turn to substances now. Good thing about blackpill is that I know when to stop and not look like an idiot.
You can become a realist through doing things that give you hope, I talk to matches and lift heavier weights and it elevates my mood
