No, megadosing mk7 will harm you. mk4 can be megadoses though.

I do 180 personally. I wouldnt go over 400 daily. Quite a few studies used 360. Make sure you’re using a brand with menaq7 as the k2, most decent brands do.

nah i think it stays in your body for ages so you can get heart problems if you megadose it
