no you shouldn't cook with olive oil, you drizzle it on food after its cooked

avocado is probably number one but you have to be sure you're actually get avocado oil and not some fake shit (real stuff is expensive)

that's fair enough but low and medium heat cooking, that's like slow roasts, stews and maybe eggs?
Fish, shrimp, seafood, a sear for steaks, etc.

He is trying to go on a diet it's not like he will be deep frying anything.

olive oil spray

Most oils are shit because of the high polyunsaturated fat (PUFAS) content, choose a saturated fat one, like coconut oil, butter or animal fat

Yeah, eat butter, there's definitely not enough estrogen in butter to chemically castrate you.

Avocado oil is the answer

Extra virgin olive oil.

When i cook meat or fish in my iron cast, i leave the oils and cook more stuff on them, they say animals store toxins in the fat, so beware of the chemicaljew.

Ghee or Avocado Oil for highest smoke points.

Ghee the healthiest as no lactose and it will never burn

butter, avocado oil, olive oil, or leftover grease from meat.

olive oil mostly, but on certain occasions grapeseed oil, coconut oil and sunflower oil is alright.

and butter ofc

Olive oil tbh bc keto halo
