Craniofacial development is largely complete by the time you're a teenager, I personally don't believe any compound except stuff that is extremely androgenic (i.e., 19-nors derivatives) will yield any non-negligible results, of which I wouldn't use anyway because they are extremely neurotoxic and hepatotoxic.
There are threads for height protocols already in BOTB. DYOR and stop making threads about this because it's already been spoken about a ton.

Just look at clinical literature and the dosages that are said to be most effective for kids with idiopathic short stature.
Just remember that these studies are more likely going to feature the use of pharmaceutical-grade HGH as opposed to generic, so adjust your dosage accordingly.
