Belgrade is full of gypsies, migrants, filth and lately always has some political protests going on. I don't like the schizophrenic hustle and bustle. It is overcrowded and the traffic is horrible. But it also got the most opportunity for making money and meeting people and foids, nightlife, etc. Classic big city stuff I guess. I prefer Novi Sad to Belgrade even tho I only visited and never lived there. Whiter, calmer and cleaner.

Slovenia is the most westlike Balkan country so probably the best to live in.
