frozen organs are better than nothing, haven't seen any proof they're that bad, just ferment them for some hours to get the bacteria back

lean muscle meat

wild caught (or self caught if you can) seafood
trapped birds (or any other small animal but they're the easiest)
(both optimal for making high meat )
