what is the best procedure to get rid of infraorbital recession?

im pretty sure custom infras implants are the best permanent solution to such flaw and fat graft comes in second, but let me know if there's any better alternatives (filler is shit don't suggest that) and if there is anyway to reduce it without the need of any kind of procedures let me know because eye creams and serums are all cope, and my last question is can concealer be used as a temporary solution till i have the money needed to get surgery or nah ? does it make it unnoticeable ?

if you’re shit is overly recessed and you have a pigmentation, concealer wont cover it.

i don’t have hyperpigmentation and my shit is mildly recessed so would i have to get both or infras implants on their own are enough cuz i don’t i need that much done in my case
