What is the best shoe lift height?

Currently planning on buying some shoe lifts, and I am wondering what height would be the best. I am 5'7" and if possible would like the fraud as 5'10". If I get 9cm shoe lifts, how noticeable do you think they would be?

I am thinking about wearing them to school by gradually increasing the height of my soles like every month, until I am at 9cm. Is this a solid plan?

Just get a shoe that gives 3cm and shoe lifts that give 4cm and use a large shoe so your heel wont be sticking out

nahh get something with a more subtle platform lol this shit sticks out like a sore thumb. but its somewhat valid, get these type of high tops if u wanna get 2-3 inch insoles, with this type of shoe they're less obvious. but its like a cheatcode, you'll go from 5'7 to 6'1-6'2 instantly

Get dr martens or timberlands and then put in an insole for max 2-3 cm anything more looks goofy. In total you get like 5cm which is not bad
