What would you say is the best sleeping position for good jaw, chin and forward growth development during puberty?
I have heard different opinions to this question some said back sleeping with no pillow, Dr Mike Mew said sleeping on your side.
What do y’all think?

Back sleeping without a head pillow, but a pillow under your knees so you dont move in your sleep

I thought so since it forces good posture that will help with jaw development

Ideally on the left side with your legs curled up a bit and a pillow between your knees and one under your head.
