only some will be permanent, maybe 30% with minox, castor oil havent tested myself but i guess so?

Minoxidil is good for improving hair length that already exists. It will not improve Hair density to any meaningful extent.
It also can cause side effects for some people, which are highly controversial and varied.
Castor oil doesn't directly cause hair growth, but indirectly. It basically protects the hair and prevents it from falling out, which makes it have more time to grow.
Microblading only works if you have enough density there to make it not look fake as fuck, and it's temporary, and it's not 3 dimensional.
The only solution, is eyebrow transplant. You must go to the best surgeon though, it's really easy to get an uncanny eyebrow shape and positioning if the surgeon isn't skilled.
