I need a stationary bike that is comfortable on the ass and back, plus has very intense resistance settings that would last me for 3 years minimum of continuous use. My old bike broke like a year and a half ago, and I have been getting fucked up health wise ever since I think because that was my main form of intense exercise.
I am doing a lot of pushups, squats, situps, and some arm and shoulder weight lifting, but I know for a fact it's not enough, and I know myself cardio is important.
Taking a look at amazon, I really don't fucking know what to get, this would improve my ability to learn languages aswell, as whenever I do a 30 minute to an hour cardio session I often focus up on flashcards instead of procrastinating.
