Sorry mate, for decent results you would need some pretty complex surgeries, your orbits are fucked.
You should get a CBCT then contact Giant Implants, he's the only business you could really do it with.

They would help but not look great. What you're looking for is probably some modified OBO + something else I'm really not educated on the more complex procedures but I do know it's what you need.

Your eyes aren't that cooked compared to the original photo. Do UUDD and hunter eye squinting(joking)

I'd recommend maxxxing lashes with topical minox and shaping your eyebrows, that itself would be so beneficial for you.

Don't consider surgery until all safe options have been considered, it's never over.

Don't cope and take the easy way out, after softmaxxing look at yourself and consider if you really need it.

Even after softmaxxing and getting good eyes that you consider you need surgery then it won't be enough ever.

What I'm going to do is completely improve myself. In the future, I'll get Supra Infra Zygo implants and Trimax done. I can't go any higher than that because I'll be botched.

Your jaw is weak and underdeveloped, I'd recommend jaw angle implants or fillers. If you fix your jaw and softmaxx your eyes you'd be decently MTN or borderline HTN depending on your progress.
