Main concern is symmetry, also my side too, i also have a little too short of a face/ upper and lower jaw

I can't tell from your side profile take better pictures, trimax with implants is the best I would say tho, for everything, proportions, the side profile, symmetry and overall angularity and dimorphism.

wtf is a trimax, and dont i have to request a special thing, and for the implants should i get it on one side only,

also why is hardmaxxing propoised as the best way to acsend, when the results i find are mid/makes barely a difference

trimax is bimax with genioplasty. and yes you would have to coordinate with your surgeon to discuss what your goals are and figure out the best possible treatment, given that the surgeon offers it which there aren't many. don't get them on one side only, say you wanted to add malar definition but your cheekbones are assymettrical, you would simply get a slightly bigger implant on one cheekbone than the other, apply that same logic to the mandible and the chin, and you correct a lot of asymmetries.

as for mediocre results its pretty tricky as it is extremely hard to get a ltn to ascend high, and you have to also consider how much effort the surgeon put in, and what his philosophy is. it is still the best way to ascend tho, good luck finding a obscure method that will give you more drastic changes than surgery.

idk which results you found but hardmax can improve your face by a lot and results are well fast. also in surgerys like bimax, quality of life can be heavily improved depending on the level of recession they had before
