I saw people saying that Canthoplasty / Canthopexy is temporary because the surgery is done with threads and they can break after a while.
Can infraorbital rim implants give you PCT?

canthopexy and canthoplasty shouldnt be thought of as the same suregry bc they are simply well put NOT

canthoplasty uses the technique to make an incision on the lateral canthi and tightens the orbicularis oculus muscle with blades and stitches used and cannot break but it is reversable

canthopexy uses sutures and only lasts 8 years and is therefore mogged by canthoplasty
canthopexy does seem to give a bit more pct because of the aggresive hold of the sutures but canthoplasty can too itsj ust the doctors that do it underdo it and so it doesnt look great but ive seen soem good work
just get cantho plasty

orbital implants doesnt increase pct it doesnt affect the lateral canthus in a way that makes it lifted it gives more deepset orbitals and thats it
