what is the best thing to use for skin whitening?

some say panoxyl, some say azaleic acid, gluta, so what really is the best thing to use for skin whitening? because i accidentally tanned myself (including my face) while cycling

you can only temporarily lighten your skin unless you use monobenzone which is treatment for vitiligo and you DO NOT want to use that as you will get random white spots all over, it will make you look albino. Just leave your skin alone, bones matter more.
