Epiduo gel is extremely good,it’s a benzoyl peroxide gel mixed with Adapalene a strong retinoid that doesn’t cause a purge,the benzoyl peroxide will get rid of the acne and the Adapalene works for the anti scarring but remember it is a spot treatment do not rub it on your entire face

Tazarotene, adapalene, and tretinoin

If you have sensitive skin, I recommend using adapalene because it is better tolerated compared with tretinoin and tazarotene. You can also combine adapalene with benzoyl peroxide, unlike tret and taz.
