which surgery would you reccomend to me
well you cant afford hgh so this conversation is a bit useless but i'm not the right guy to ask. i'd recommend something for your lower eyelids though because your eyes are a major weakpoint.

U cannot get an ounce of actual bonemass after your growth plates have closed, bones can only thicken after that
 
Nothing to do with bone mass at all, but if you learned how to groom your eyebrows correctly, it can change the perception of your look, and obviously it is minimally invasive.

You can increase ur bonemass naturally until you're 23, I am currently 17 and I have also searched a lot abt that:
- Hormones increase: Just max all your hormones by getting enough sunlight, proper diet, 4-5 times week high intensity workout;
- IGF-1 signaling: That is probably the big meta, just search how to do it but that's how I normally do it: Eat something by the beggining of afternoon, go to the gym (high intensity workout), I also chew heard gum to activate my jaw muscles during workout. Then I do some cardio and I'll be completely starving for food. After that I bonesmash (only 2 times a week to proper recover) to "damage" my face bones. Lastly my body will be starving for food so I eat high carboydrates dose to increase insulin (leading to IGF-1 increase - Bone increase) + proteins for muscles.
- Sugar: Just another plus to IGF-1 signaling, sugar is one of the main reasons to bone growth.

(Only abt bone increase, you can also cut to low body fat and do chin tucks)
