I see people saying that biking is the best because the risk of causing tendonitis is lower, and it's the only thing I do

Sprinting is the worse because of strain on knees. Walking best because u cn do it anywhere with no equipment. Assuming ur just a little over weight just up ur daily activity a bit with fast 20 minute walks after meals and thts likely all it will take assuming ur lifting weights etc like u should be. U rly dont need long or high intensity cardio workouts.

eat in deficit, track your steps daily (10-15k) depends on your goal, free time and your cardio levels. and thats it pretty much, be consistent and track it.

also ye biking will be better, chose either biking or walking

I knew that to lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit, the question was which of the 3 were best for that
i said none of them. cardio is the only one and its not worth it because it reduces test just eat less

bro cardio doesn't mean run like usain bolt extremly daily. its just moving your body, there are a loooot of benefits of moving around even just walking is a type of cardio. cardio won't lower your test levels, not doing any movements in the day will lower your test tho. and even if you do extreme sprints, its just a muscle fatigue, stress/recover process which happens day to day life and our body gets stronger.

Nothing. its not a big deal doing it now and then especially if ur doing it on a soft surface. Its a problem for these people who do long didstance running as a form of cardio and are running on concrete and gravel allot of the time. Causes allot of wear and tear long term

True i can only run for about 1.5 hours but still burn like 1k cals. Heavy doubt my body only uses 500 call for the rest of the day including when i go walking for an hour

Also, HIIT mogs literally every other form of exercise. It burns more calories, healthmaxes you and generates Growth Hormone

Cardio ages you and kills your health(while being 1/2 as effective as HIIT 😂)
