Theres a few things, before you start get your full blood work done and every 3 months at a minimum get them re done, use roids to help you , they are NOT a cheat code. make sure your diet and workouts at dialed 99% the time and if they aren’t already before you start roids dial the naturally because you may find that the natural effect of being dialed on everything is very similar to not being dialed and being on roids

get supplements for your bp and organs, have a clean diet, try to sleep well and don't abuse other substances : alcohol, party drugs etc

Get it(trt) percribed on a private clinic is the safest way. Any thing else just know ur putting ur health in jeopardy

IM isn’t painful it’s just more painful than subQ, you could do hgh subq but make sure to keep your insulin in check and you will hold a lot of water so do this is winter likely if you’re tryna look good for summer especially, put some time into research igf 1 - LR3 and its side effects otherwise just do IM test and stay around 100-200 ( starter dose ) but you’re young and so this has more side effects as opposed to starting later. If your goal is purely aesthetics physically, naturally you can go some mt1 for a tan ( if you’re pale ) reta to lean out and GHKCU to help with skin and hair as well as red pigment of the skin ( generally around eyes and lips ). there is other ways to build muscle but i believe at 16 you should try naturally for 3 months at minimum and just dial every aspect of your life ( sleep, diet, training ) if you’d like i am actually a personal trainer and i’d be happy to help you with a workout plan PURELY for an aesthetic build

I’m assuming you think that steroids are just a magical drug that will just magically build x amount of muscle with no training what so ever, he should dial in and understand if he really wants to potentially jeopardise health in order to build muscle, lots of people think that steroids are jus magic but without training and diet you’re just causing more harm for less benefits.

I don’t think it will stop him from the harmful effects of steroids i just think that he’s looking at steroids as a knight in shining armour but it’s more of a helping agent rather than doing all the work, i think that anyone before touching steroids should at least understand the fundamentals of training and diet to get the most out of the steroids

think that anyone before touching steroids should at least understand the fundamentals of training and diet to get the most out of the steroids

I’ve been training for almost a year pretty dialed in I’ve ran rad-140 twice currently on cycle 2 I have put on around 30 pounds and yes I am ordering mt1 this week, and I’d be very interested in a plan if you’d be downn to send a private message, I plan to make my first cycle soon and hop on very

Chemicals I don't suggest but certain things which are natural I can say that works better for me in long term like I use magnesium glycinate and l theanine from sportsresearch along with shilajit from fulvicearth.
