What is the best way to lay down while sleeping? I’ve heard that back sleeping causes recession while side sleeping causes asymmetry.

bro sleeping on ur back is not gonna cuase recession, whoever told u that is dumb as fuck. sleep however u want and dont fucking mouth breathe
