in order to framemaxx how can i structure my split or add workouts to get the most growth out of my shoulders.

Overhead Press, Lateral Raises and most importantly Rear Delt Flies

Lateral raises, shoulder press. That’s it. Repeat it 2-3 times a week and you’re fine.

Also don’t do vertical shrugs

These two guys above alr replied, and its true. Focus on all the parts (front lateral and rear)

Also prioritize them at the start of the workout.

@combatingNorwooding yeah those are def the core moves fr

but depends what u wanna achieve too like delts look way better when they're rounded imo so maybe some face pulls for rear delts and some higher rep work on lateral raises for the pump can help too

def agree on no vertical shrugs tho that’s ropefuel

The pump doesn’t cause hypertrophy so why would you chase it

Also face pulls are just like an upper back row just worse…
