What is the best workout for building frame?

Basically I know I have to spam back chest, and shoulders for frame, but I only have dumbbells and bench. I have been doing workouts for my chest and shoulders, but all the back exercises I’ve been doing with dumbbells have not been giving the pump, what can I do?

(For more info, I’m staying at a hotel rn so I don’t have a good gym, only dumbbells and a bench)

Well dont do shoulders with dumbles do it on a cable with a wrist wrap it and hit all three heads not just spamming lateral raise

I wish, I’m staying at a hotel rn, it’s gonna take a while before I get into an actual gym
 
Mainly just hit shoulders like doing lateral raises and such. Also build up your lats. Those are the main two muscle groups to focus on for frame.
