What is the best workout split for short guys

As a short guy myself, I am 5’7 have wide thighs and if I train my legs I may look stupid even though my body looks like Kaden Hammond so does my face.

Mondays: back and biceps Tuesday: Chest, triceps and shoulders Wednesday: back and bicep’s Thursday: Chest, shoulders and triceps Friday: Back and biceps Sat: Chest, shoulders and triceps

Abs everyday

Macros: 80g carbs, 200g protein and 100g fat for summer shredding


Drop down any recommendations for building muslce for a manlet like me below.

Muh compensantion, that's a cope and you know it. Gymaxxing will boost anyone's smv and being a skinny manlet is just laughable.
