From my experience hollow cheeks are possible for 95% male. You just be REALLY lean + have Masseter muscle above avereage ( just chew hard food many time for example beef)

i thought big masseters make your jaw round. i know you say it because of thr skin stretch it gives.

It will make your face puffy if you have too much body fat or water retention. Think about hollow cheeks as same as about muscle. If you have huge abs and a lot of belly fat no one can see it. Same about masseters muscles, just get lean and muscular and hollow cheeck will come with it.
