What is the cause of my lack of undereye support

Title basically

How do ik if my lower scleral show, eyebags/dark circles, and overall bad undereye support is caused by lack of fat or bone recession

Idk if i need an implant or HA fillers or fat graft

Maybe i need both, i think my actual infra bone like the rim part under my eyeball is directly below or like 1mm behind my iris, but the skin below my eyeball is very thin until my cheek like as soon as i put my finger on there its basically bone. What do i do based on this stuff

It’s always recession of bone, more specifically maxilla. I have friends that sleep 2 hours a day and have 0 eye bags due to high set zygo and normal maxilla
