Youll have to get a used one. But then it might need repairs, obviously you cant get a new one so youre kind of out of luck unless you know how to repair cars yourself, or youre willing to spend several grand on paying someone to repair it. I used to drive a bmw, it was a 2000 323i and it only cost me 1200 bucks, all I had to do was repair a few small things. Old mustangs can go for cheap as well, I dont exactly what youre looking for
