What is the consensus on lemon bottle

I only saw like 2 videos of people actually using it, @Clavicular I think, and Pneumo. But when searching some threads on here I saw a few people saying to use other fat dissolvers. Like specifically saying to avoid lemon bottle and to use something else

fat dissolvers are the hardest thing to fuck up. There is no risk of vo or nerve damage as doctors already inject fat dissolvers into veins and arteries if you have what they call "fatty veins". (if ur a fat fuck with high colestoral).

Does Aqualyx give the same effect as buccal fat removal or is it different? I heard that it gives a slimming effect where as buccal fat does a more model hollowing effect
