What's the difference between a low-mid high CL and mid-high low Chad?

The PSL is a fictional and very subjective scale, but if I had to give you an answer it would be that a chad's ratios fall squarely within ideal parameters, while even at Cl one may have some deviations. Not the most accurate answer but that's as close as it gets.
