My jaw has really, really good projection but theres quite a bit of downward growth. I've recently came across people talking about being downswung, and from what I have understood it seems its over if you have that, so could someone tell me what the difference is?. And if I have downward growth and not a true downswung skull I think I know I have it (not genetics), could someone tell me if it makes sense?

As a kid 2-14, i would barely chew my food, i have put it in my mouth chew a couple times most likely on my back teeth and flush it down with water. My dads chin is extremely recessed but my mom has a properly developed skull (it mogs mine). Do you think I can do anything about this?

I have Ryan Gosling's jaw angle but a little less downward grown and more projection.

your occlusion plane is the most direct difference. The steeper it is the more of a "downswung" case.
Other indirect features are the ramus length, your mandible plane.

Mark as solution plz
