Leanness is way diffrent, not exactly the same angle but high cheeckbones are a must, gonial angle doesn't look to good either. Colouring matters too
I think it will be hard to look like the 2nd pic.

The first guy could easily become the second with dental surgeries i.e bite correction, genioplasty and jaw surgery and is exactly why side profile is almost irrelevant compared to the front profile
