To me chad is someone that is mathematically perfect, for example Dolph and Hexum, while chadlite is for example Brad Pitt (his height and frame are not impressive, while Dolph and Hexum have everything)

Strictly and theoretically no, "chad" should be about the face

but IRL height definitely matter and personally I feel like you can't really reach the chad tier if you're below 6'1

The difference is their amount of flaws, if the chadlite fix his flaws he becomes Chad, and if a Chad get flaws he downgrades to Chadlite
