Legit, the barrier to pass a foids looks threshold for a relationship is lower than one might think which is why average guys get girls through social circle.

Slight frauding is fine. Wearing contats that make your eyes look mildly lighter or lifts that make you mildly taller can pass by. 5 in (12cm)+ lifts and brown to blue contacts is not advantageous generally, it would need to be permanent to be passable.
