I have had acne for about 3 years. I completed a 6-month course of Accutane (20 mg), and now I rarely get pimples. Currently I mostly have PIE (post-inflammatory erythema). How can I treat it? Are there any faster treatment options? I have already had two fractional laser treatments. It has been one month since my last session.

2mg GHK cu
GHK-Cu (copper peptide) is mainly used to support skin healing, collagen production, and general skin regeneration. It works well for improving skin texture and helping the skin recover after damage. However, PIE (post-inflammatory erythema) is caused by dilated blood vessels left after inflammation. GHK-Cu does not specifically target or constrict these blood vessels, so it is not considered a direct treatment for PIE.

Did you get a purge? I previously tried 0.025% tret from Turkey, and it caused a lot of purging for me.
