I guess you have good hair genetics then. My hair is very thick and dense and needs maintainance when it gets long. I have to wash my hair, comb it to remove the knots, detangle and condition it properly every week or it turns into a fuzzy dry mushroom head.

It's not that bad. My hair is wavyish curly. It looks good grown out but needs maintainance.

It can be a massive halo if you can pull it off, like a rock star or surfer Jesus kinda look, I totally would if I could but my hair grows more outwards than downwards. I always keep mine layered and voluminous.
