He doesn't have any video specifically going through what the diet actually is, or maybe I just haven't found it. What foods does this diet consist of?

You’re better off forgetting about Goatis all together.

Beware of false prophets.

He poisoned himself eating raw meat.
There must be better role models out there.

Raw meat, raw organs, blood, some fruit

Eggs, specifically raw egg yolk, freshly squeezed orange juice

Raw bone marrow,

Lobster

And he recommends raw milk but only if you’re young

it’s eating any type of raw meat such as liver, organs, muscle meat etc… with dairy and fruit and no vegetables or grains. He preaches it cause raw food contains a bit more micronutrients then cooked food but at the end of the day you’ll be fine and develop properly if u eat cooked meat as long as u don’t consistently overcook it.

we dont really see any benefits from his diet on him tbh so idk why youd want it

Honestly, it's just cope, no diet will make you chad

Is this basic thesis even right?
Seriously what evidence is there to support this?
Literally look it up type in nutrition of raw food and cooked food

This is very obvious and surface level information

I don’t know. Can’t find any direct evidence. The carnivore diet is fiercely promoted by a small number of influencers
