Hello! I hate to be so technical, but what are you specifically looking for? For instance, aluminum, stainless steel, iron, and/or ceramic cooking instruments, utensils, and tools are oftentimes healthier than one another - it mostly depends on the amount of heat you are dealing with (and its temperature, respectively), alongside any oils, seasonings, and/or garnishes you implement in your regimen. A ceramic Dutch oven is fine, other than a cast iron pan/vessel, which is the best.

aluminum is toxic(https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0925400506002899). Stainless steel there is one type that is also unhealthy (https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/jf402400v), iron as well (https://raypeat.com/articles/articles/iron-dangers.shtml). Ceramic and glass seem like the healthiest ones, but they are not the most practical unfortunaly.
