Even surgery is probably going to bump you 1PSL max, I don't think you'll be able to climb PSL to much noticeable degree without them unless you're overweight with hidden definition or have zombie tier skin that needs some care

OK I think I'm around 4.5 right now. Could maybe be 5 max without surgery I'd say? (Most of my PSL increase would be from mewing and upswinging my lower third, but this will obviously take a very long time so I might just get surgery for it). Not entirely sure though because it's not that easy to imagine how I'd look after this, but I have a few ideas based on looking at old photos of me.

@lateriser I can't even reply to your post for some reason so all I'm gonna say is that what I need is CCW, and mewing definitely does do that. Yes, mewing is almost entirely cope for gaining more forward growth and whatnot but what I'm talking about is literally just upswing.
