I'm 22 years old out of puberty but I'm still eating like when I was 16 years old and first discovered lookism
for my protein/fat sources 6 eggs a day 1L of milk and like 400g of beef
carbs are potatoes rice honey maple syrup and plenty of fruits
it gave me mogger frame and facial bones due to increased growth factor but it can't be good for longevity right? I want to be healthy and live a long life I'm not growing anymore what are you oldcels who are focusing on longevity eating?
