What is the ideal FWHR?

What is the ideal FWHR, I know tyler maher is given shit because his FWHR isnt high enough. But from his pictures I get it to be 1.9. Is there something other than FWHR that needs to be taken into account that gives him a longish face. Also is the proper way to measure it is from top of eyes to top of lip, and widest parts of face. Just wanted to say that there must be something else that needs to be taken into account.

You measure from the beginning of your eyebrows to the top of your lips. And from the widest part of the face (cheekbones)
Ideal FWHR is 1.9 IMO. 2+ looks cartooney
