personally i think that its somewhere from like 6'4 to 6'6.

some people might say that they prefer a bit lower, like 6'2 and 6'3.

one argument ive seen is that the taller the person is, the better which is kind of true.

if someone who is 7 foot is healthy and proportionate, they will always have higher smv than someone who is 6 '4

but more often than not, once you start getting to 6 '6+ it becomes harder and harder to stay healthy and be good looking

what do you guys think?

It all depends because a 6,6 guy might be too gangly and uncoordinated whilst a 6,2 guy is more likely to be coordinated and have better proportions. I’d say 6,1-6,4 is the ideal range if you’re 185cm+ you cannot complain about your height even 180+ is good enough IRL.
 
188 is perfect. Good proportions while still taller than most.

6'5, very tall and even taller than people who are considred tall in society. also girls with heels are perfect height for you on average.

6'4 tall but still able to function (fit in seats etc)
