What is the ideal neck size? Should i get it bigger than 16 inches?

It depends. My opinion is that your neck size should be proportionate to the width of your lower third. As a rule of thumb, your neck should be at least as wide as your lower third in order to avoid pencil neck failo.

Don't bulk any part of your body unless you are lean enough for a jawline first, or underweight BMI
