10k a day is what I take
but I always forget so I end up taking it like 2-3x/week

if you're darkskinned you should take more because your lifetime sunlight-derived vitamin D is definitely lower

Been taking 10k a day since 2016

My vitamin d levels were 52 ng/ml last time I did bloodwork which is nothing crazy despite supplementing with 10k IU and trying to get as much sun as I can, I didn't notice any drastic changes since I started at 15 so this is just normal to me but I look very healthy and never get sick, my hair grows fast and I sleep like a baby every night

it says on wikipedia , one drop is 0.05 ml. I take 10 so 0.5 ml. 1/20th of the whole bottle.

so i take like 7500 @RabidRosaries

10K is way too much for a normal bmi. unless you are fat, i would only recommend no more than 4-5k for normal bmi

People absorb vitamin D at different rates so you can't know if 10k is too much or too little. Ideal levels are 60-80 ng/mL.

I tested 6.9 ng/mL last month JFL. No wonder I was shivering in the cold like an auschwitz survivor.
