Where does one end and can be differentiated with the other?

Doesn't your Race automatically also equal your Looks. How well can Blacks differentiate between Poles, Germans, French and Celtic people?

Explain it to me in easy terms please, like I'm a stoned 10 year old

Not all people who find ethnics unattractive are racist but all people who are racist find ethnics unattractive.

For example , liberal white women in the west will say they are attracted to all races and are pro immigration and refugees. However , when you look at their actions they wouldn’t be seen dead with one .

Attraction is personal , you can view all races as equal and not be sexually attracted to them. As the former is genetic and latter is political.

So Every Racism is Lookism but no every Lookism is Racism (there's also Physique, Hormone levels, Brain Chemistry, Childhood Nutrition and Development, Acne, Wrinkles etc) ?

No not every racism is lookism, most of the reasons why someone is racist is to do with behaviour rather than looks , even though looks plays a factor.
