What is the max potential of a 22inch biacromial width?

Can someone with a 21-22 inch biacromial width achieve a 25 inch bideltoid naturally?

i have a 21" biacromial and i got to a 26" bideltoid, but i did take gear lols

but i highly doubt ur biacromial is 21-22", ur prob measuring wrong

how are you measuring ur biacromial? you definitely wouldnt feel narrow if this is true. ur prob measuring from the arm bones by mistake

ur bidelt wouldnt be only an inch greater

Worst case scenario my biacromial might only be like 19 or 20 inches fuckkk should i just kms

I just got mogged by some 19yr old pakistani on ig reels with a wider frame than david laid thats y

19-20 is really fucking good still bro... lol

also you'd pretty much be un-framemoggable with a 22" biacromial. i have a 21" biacromial and i legit haven't met a single person wider than me, even huge bodybuilders way more jacked than me. i was the widest guy on stage at 6'3 195lbs next to a 6'5 245lbs weightcapped guy for a competition

Mirin the frame if this is real. 25 inch bideltioid would probably require 3 inches of horizontal muscle growth which would take years of consistent training unless u got elite genes

Just measured as best as possible, biacromial does seem to be around 20 inches and bidelt around 22.5-23 inches

What do u estimate david laids biacromial probably is?

Ill finish leanmaxxing since thats supposed to help with these frame ratios and stuff

At 6'5 tho, 19-20 inch biacromial and 14-15 inch bi-iliac is probably average looking then
