What is the maximal gonial implant size ?

Hi guys

For those of you who met some surgerons, did they told you something about the "maximum" size that an implant can be ?, ofc it depends on each individual but in general ?

cause a jaw implant is not as "natural" as boob job for exemple.
The masseter tissue is pretty hard, and the mouvement of the jaw is pretty wide, so you still gotta have some freeroom, even if the masseter can adapt to a point.

I met A LOT of surgerons, they all claimed something different :

-one told me that 5mm is already great improuvement
-one told me that 9/10mm is the maximum that can fit in mouth without having problems
-one told me you can put 15mm if you want it's not a problem, the body will adapt

also, one of the surgerons told me that the biggest he made was a 9mm and it barely fitted

I mean Lucas marchesi gotta have like 20mm at least
How is he able to chew, and not having masseter tear

Isn't 10/12 the Max implant possible without having tmj or masseter problem ?

average masseter size is 1mm, big ones maybe 3mm

so you think that marchesi guy got 2cm implant ?

Eppley said something along the lines of implants being "limitless" somewhere, I think, but I think the amount of tissue on the face would limit it, at least for a single procedure.

Reasonable people aren't thinking about maximum jaw implant sizes, they're thinking about what is proportional and harmonious.

It aint like that
It's 50/50 with soft tissues

Some guys have only 85% bigonial ratio but great chiseled jaw
Some have 90/92% and it dont look that good
